What it is:
An explanation that clarifies how something actually works in practice, not how it is marketed or assumed to work.
Must include:
• ONE concept explained in simple, non-technical language
• The explanation must expose a gap between assumption and reality
Mandatory delivery:
→ ONE concrete operational artifact derived from the explanation:
– one rule
– OR one test
– OR one checklist (max 3 items)
Decision forcing rule:
• The delivery MUST force an immediate operational decision by changing ONE of the following:
– which screen is trusted
– which signal is ignored
– when a process must stop
– who is allowed to decide
Scope constraint:
• The post MUST address only ONE operational moment
(one decision, one handoff, one risk)
• Multi-topic explanations are invalid
Execution clarity rule:
• After reading, the reader must know exactly:
– what to check
– where to check
– what decision to make if it fails
Validation sentence:
After reading the post, the reader must be able to say:
• “From now on, I check ___ instead of ___.”
• OR “If ___ is missing, I stop ___.”
• OR “Only ___ is allowed to decide ___.”
Invalid if:
• The post only explains how something works
• The delivery is abstract or philosophical
• The reader could agree without changing behavior
If the explanation does not alter what the reader checks or decides today, the post is invalid.
