Delivery Requirement:
The post MUST explicitly answer:
“After reading this story, what should I do differently today?”
Allowed deliveries:
• A rule extracted from the story
• A mistake to never repeat
• A single check the reader can run
• A decision that should be documented
Forbidden:
• Stories that end in reflection only.
Example delivery formats:
• “From this, the rule is: ___”
• “If you don’t want this to happen, do ___ today.”
• “Write this sentence in your ops doc: ___”
