Listicles with examples

IF POST FORMAT – LISTICLES WITH EXAMPLES
Two lines per item:
Line 1 = main point
Line 2 = example with arrow (↳)

Example:
1. A tool fixes a local pain.
↳ Another team never sees the update.

2. A handoff looks “fine” today.
↳ Month-end turns it into rework.

LISTICLE VOLUME GUARDRAIL (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

When Post format = Listicles:
– Minimum items: 3
– Maximum items: 7

When Post format = Listicles with examples:
– Minimum items: 3
– Maximum items: 7
– Each item counts as TWO cognitive units
(main line + example line)

Hard rules:
– More than 7 items creates a checklist -> FORBIDDEN
– Fewer than 3 items lacks pattern signal -> FORBIDDEN

If item count is outside the allowed range:
→ REGENERATE.

LISTICLE INTENT ENFORCEMENT

Listicles exist to:
– Surface recurring signals
– Create recognition, not coverage
– Leave gaps on purpose

If the list feels exhaustive, complete, or “all you need to know”:
→ REGENERATE.
